ABOUT US
Launch in 2020, our vision is an integrated and inclusive labour market where internationals can contribute and thrive.
New to Sweden was founded by internationals who faced difficulties entering the Swedish labour market — and discovered they weren’t alone. Data shows that the challenges facing international jobseekers in Sweden are widespread, and systemic problems need systemic solutions. We are driven by the belief that integration is a two-way street that requires everyone’s participation.
To achieve our vision, we work with 3 main pillars:

guiding internationals in their job search in Sweden,

collaborating with employers to ensure they are ready to hire and retain a diverse workforce, and

engaging with Swedish communities to increase social integration so that everyone feels included.
